This depends on the severity of your dry eyes and your overall health condition.
- For some people, they experience relief on the first day
- For mild to moderate dry eyes, typically within 2-4 weeks
- For severe dry eyes, between 1-3 months

Yes, some ingredients in the TheraLife® formulas actually help to lower blood pressure and are safe for use with your current medication. TheraLife® did a Phase II clinical trial where patients stayed on their normal vitamin supplements and medications for blood pressure and diabetes while taking TheraLife® Eye. No adverse effects were observed.
Young children have a higher metabolism than adults. TheraLife® is taking a conservative approach to safety by recommending children only take TheraLife® under the supervision of a physician.
Yes.
Warm water and swallowing one capsule at a time may help. Drink plenty of water afterwards and throughout the day. In an extreme situation, you may mix the ingredients directly into a glass of juice or milk by breaking open the capsules and drinking the mixture.

Beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A (retinol) by the body. While excessive amounts of vitamin A in supplement form can be toxic, your body will only convert as much vitamin A from beta-carotene as it needs. Once your dry eye symptoms are relieved, you need to go on a maintenance dosage on daily basis. Your dry eye symptoms will come back if you stop taking the capsules. Then you have to start all over again.

All domestic TheraLife® orders are shipped via USPS Priority Ground. Your order will arrive 1-3 business days from the day it is shipped. (Orders usually ship in 24-48 hours.) Because we ship USPS, your order will be delivered straight to your home or mailbox. (Expedited USPS Overnight Express is available upon special request). International Orders are shipped via:
- USPS Global Priority: Estimated delivery time of up to 5-10 business days from the day it is shipped. Delivery depends on your local customs office.

TheraLife Eye Enhanced
For first time users, minimum recommendation is one monthly supply at initial dosage We recommend for all new customers to start at 4 capsules in the morning, 4 capsules in the evening. For chronic dry eyes, watery dry eyes, dry eye with corneal abrasion, dry eyes for many years, Sjogrens sydrome we recommend 3 month supply. Typical maintenance dosage once you experienced relief is 1-4 capsules per day. You will not stay on the initial high dosage for very long. View the online Dosage instructions. TheraLife® recommends an initial dosage of 8 capsules per day for the first week of treatment, followed by successive decreases in dosage levels as treatment continues (see Dosage Instructions). This regimen works well for most people with mild to moderate dry eyes who are generally in good health. For those with severe dry eyes, the initial dosage of 8 capsules per day may have to be extended beyond the first week, especially in patients with auto-immune diseases such as Sjorgren’s Syndrome.
A common question often arises regarding how many capsules should be taken once dry eye symptoms are alleviated or normal tear secretion equilibrium has been established. The maintenance dosage depends on many physiological and environmental factors such as age, medical conditions and medications, exercise, weather, hormonal balance, and others. The typical maintenance dosage for patient’s with mild to moderate dry eye is 1-4 capsules per day. For more severe dry eye sufferers, 4 capsules per day is more typical. However, the dosage can be adjusted to meet your specific dry eye needs and changes to your physiology and the environment. Dry eye conditions may flare up or become more severe due to the factors discussed earlier. To help with the discomfort caused by these flare ups, TheraLife® recommends taking additional capsules prior to and during: travel on airplanes, active outdoor sports activities, sudden humidity changes – especially due to high altitude changes, and seasonal changes. Wearing wrap around sun glasses is highly recommended for outdoor activities to protect your eyes from sun and wind. In short, you can always take additional capsules of TheraLife® Eye Enhanced whenever dry eye symptoms flare up or when you know that you will encounter conditions that may aggravate your dry eye symptoms.
LASIK patients have dry eyes for at least 6 weeks and up to 3 months after surgery. Often, only artificial tears are prescribed for dry eye relief. Patients experiencing severe dry eyes may not get adequate relief from eye drops alone. TheraLife® Eye is an oral capsule that provides sustained, extended relief throughout the day. Therefore, our patients report not needing eye drops. Our recommendation for LASIK patients, or any patient undergoing eye surgery, is to begin using TheraLife® Eye Enhanced one week prior to surgery and continue for 3 months after surgery.
Our Phase IIb clinical trials were conducted with humans only. However, some customers have reported success using TheraLife® Eye Enhanced to improve their dog’s dry eye condition. In general, dogs have a higher metabolism than humans and consequently may experience improvement faster. We recommend giving your dog half the recommended human dosage with food.

I placed an FAQ order, but I didn’t get an email confirmation. Did my order go through?
Yes, if you completed the checkout process and got a confirmation page with an order number, then your order was successful. Some email servers block our automated emails.
If you provided a physical shipping address (not a P.O. Box), you will get an email with tracking information.
How long will my order FAQ take to arrive?
Generally, you will receive your order within 3 weeks. However, please allow 4 weeks before inquiring about your order.
How can I check the status of my FAQ order?

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box, however, if you provide only a P.O. Box for delivery, we won’t be able to track your order or send you tracking information via email.

We ship only to addresses in the U.S., its territories, and APOs (Air/Army Post Offices).
