William Ronald Coughlin, Ph.D., M.D.
Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Scientific Advisory Board: is a vitreo retina surgeon and a founding member of Insight Global Partners, a venture capital firm. Dr. Coughlin received his Ph.D. from Yale, his M.D. from McGill University and subsequent training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of California San Francisco. He is experienced in clinical and basic scientific research, corporate business development from within several life science industries.

Todd D. Severin, M.D.
Clinical Trial Study Physician: is a board certified ophthalmologist, specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma. He graduated with honors from Pomona College and University of California, San Diego. He received post-residency training and specialization at Baylor Medical where he completed a post-doctorate, clinical fellowship in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. He has authored numerous scientific papers and is a sought after lecturer in scientific meetings. He serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Severin also conducts clinical research at the University, searching for new diagnostic and treatment modalities for glaucoma. He is the co-author and founder of TriEnergetics�. Currently he has several practices in the Bay Area. Dr. Severin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Judy Turkalji, M.D.
Ophthalmology Consultant: is a graduate of Lehigh University, the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Turkalj's foundation for her current work began as a surgeon in South Carolina and Oregon. As a health writer and educator, Dr. Turkalj informs and inspires teens through her work in print and Internet media. Formerly, she served as Chief Medical Officer and board member of In DEPTH Program, a private organization that develops and administers health programs for young adults, including those related to drug and tobacco prevention. Currently, Dr. Judy works with teens, parents, educators and organizations to develop self and systems.

Ron Seger, O.D.
Optometry Consultant: has worked for Bausch & Lomb, Alcon and CooperVision. He has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of clinical trials for eye diseases and contact lens. Dr. Seger graduated from University of California Berkeley, School of Optometry.

Vincent R. Hentz, M.D.
Hand Surgeon Consultant: specializes in hand injuries and surgery. He is an advisor for future clinical trials and publications for TheraLife^� Wrist.
