Personal Health Profiler is structured to allow access only to visitors with a valid password. Whenever you submit or modify your information in Personal Health Profiler, we will send such information over the Internet using encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software). The information you submit to Personal Health Profiler will be stored on a separate server as an additional security precaution. However, we do not warrant or represent that the information you submit to Personal Health Profiler will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.

You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your Personal Health Profiler password or account. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination and use of activation codes and passwords; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your Personal Health Profiler account and password; (3) promptly inform TheraLife of any need to deactivate a password. You grant TheraLife and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the Site and Personal Health Profiler the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store and use your information in connection with the operation of Personal Health Profiler. TheraLife cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit to Personal Health Profiler or your or third parties' use or misuse of information transmitted or received using Personal Health Profiler.
