Herb Taus
Chairman of the Board:
Mr. Taus is a member of the prestigious "Band of Angels" in Northern California. He has played a pivotal role in start-up companies in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Taus had 30+ years of healthcare industry experience with General Electric, Abbott Laboratories, Medtronics and Laserscope.

Lily C. Yang, Ph.D.
President, CEO and Co-Founder:
Dr. Yang has 20 years of industry experience from DuPont and Hewlett Packard in business development, worldwide marketing, sales, strategic planning, licensing, acquisition, and promotion. She has been president and founder of other heathcare companies in the Silicon Valley and worked with venture capitalists, angel investors to provide executive management direction to several start-ups. She received her Bachelors in Chemistry from University of California Irvine, a Masters in Biochemistry from University of Illinois, and a Doctorate in Immunology from University of Chicago. Dr. Yang is currently on the board of directors for Forbes MediTech, a Canadian traded company.

Y.J. Tao, O.M.D., Lc.A
Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder:
Dr. Tao has extensive clinical research experience in eastern and western herbal and acupuncture medicine. He was a Director of the Moscow Chinese Medical Center in Russia. Dr. Tao received his Chinese Medical Doctor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology from Cheng du College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.

C. Charles Ting, Ph.D., Q.A./Q.C.
Product Development consultant:
Dr. Ting has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry developing drugs from research, IND, NDA to final approvals. Dr. Ting worked at G.D. Searle, Scios inc. Sequus and Bertek Pharmaceuticals. He received his Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University.

Angela Chua
Director, Sales & Marketing:
Ms. Chua has experience in hospitality management with experience in inside sales, accounting, customer service and project management.
