About Us

TheraLife® Incorporated, headquartered in California, is a fast emerging leader in innovative botanical drugs and drug delivery technology.

TheraLife® was founded in March, 2000 by Dr. Y.J. Tao and Lily Yang, Ph.D. Our mission is to develop superior healthcare products and drug delivery technologies that provide improved delivery of ethical drugs, biopharmaceuticals and therapeutic agents with fewer side effects. TheraLife® has developed 6 products treating medical conditions including dry eye syndrome, muscle and joint pain and stress relief.

TheraLife® Enhancer represents our botanical break through delivery system. TheraLife® Enhancer augments the therapeutic effect of TheraLife®'s tissue specific products by increasing intracellular metabolism, membrane permeability and blood microcirculation. TheraLife® believes our Enhancer delivery system will improve traditional drug delivery by increasing therapeutic drug absorption and decreasing dosing requirements, thereby reducing side effects and toxicity as well. TheraLife® Enhancer is currently being used in combination with our therapeutic agents for the eye and pain management. TheraLife® is studying extended applications that include cardiovascular, metabolic, autoimmune and infectious diseases.

Our present market focus is in Eye disorders. TheraLife® recently completed a Phase IIb, six-site, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial involving TheraLife® Eye and Enhancer demonstrated significant improvement for dry eye syndrome and other eye disorders versus placebo.

In the Pain management area, our products include TheraLife® Wrist, Neck, Back & Leg. All can be used with TheraLife® Enhancer. TheraLife® has also developed a product to combat stress and mental fatigue, TheraLife® Fatigue.

TheraLife® has a strong and experienced management team, plus world-renowned scientific advisors. The company has been granted three U.S. patents and has five additional patents pending.
